Arxus Primo Nord LW is the latest model of ultralight boots with great insulation. It has a temperature regulation function that prevents overheating and ensures comfort in any type of weather. Only 100% natural rubber is used to create a highly durable boot.
Primo Nord LW is equipped with a highly insulating layer of 5mm neoprene combined with a 2mm “air cell” lining. The air chamber is an open cell construction that achieves a very effective layer of air between our body and the neoprene lining. If the foot gets too hot, condensation spreads inside the air cells and evaporates down the shaft of the boot, exiting through the upper part. In this way, the boot keeps us warm when it is cold, and cooler when it is hot, which makes it the ideal boot for all seasons, especially in autumn and winter.
The cane of the boot is made of resistant "rip-stop" fabric, combined with waterproof neoprene. The boot is extremely light but very resistant to any sharp object that we find in the field. The mid-length Riri zipper at the back allows for a perfect fit, around the calf. The leather trims on the upper edge together with the fastening strap guarantee an optimal fit.
The patented Arxus X sole is built with six different technical layers, which create an unmatched level of comfort, providing a stable grip on any terrain. A removable 5mm EVA insole increases shock absorption when walking and provides additional insulation.
