This product contains Tactical Sound Control™ technology. TSC™ is a level-dependent technology that uses omnidirectional microphones to actively allow safe sounds to pass through the product while blocking harmful gunshot noise. TSC™ amplifies ambient sounds up to 8 times, detecting difficult-to-perceive environmental sounds.

DEFY Slim will turn off TSC™ to stop broadcast noise in your earmuff. After the environment returns to a safe listening level, TSC™ will turn back on and continue to amplify sounds around you.
