This is how to measure correctly

• Ask someone to help you so you can measure more accurately.
• Place the tape measure around the body. The tape should be reasonably taught, but not too tight. If you leave enough room to slip a finger under the tape, you'll get the correct measurements.
• Gloves: Measure the circle of the hand (below the elbows)
