Horizon Elite Gray is the single repeating rifle for the hunter who loves a modern and unconventional style, available with removable magazine and fluted shutter. Perfect for both selective and professional hunting, it is ideal for all selective hunting of medium and large sized, European or African ungulates. It has a removable 3 or 4-shot magazine, depending on the caliber, and a fluted Dependa Bolt shutter, to satisfy the taste and hunting habits of any hunter. Ideal in any hunting situation, it retains the essential and defined design of the Horizon range with particular attention to aesthetics. The particular color of the stock, in the Beige Gray tone, gives it an attractive and unique character. The Dependa Bolt fluted shutter with three locking fins is equipped with a 60° opening that allows access to the action for quick rearming even with large optics. Available in .223 REM, .243 WIN, .270 WIN, .308 WIN, .30-06 SPFD, 6.5 CREEDMOOR and .300 WIN MAG calibers, it is a precise bolt action rifle ideal for hunting different types of ungulates. The barrel has a rifled bore, machined by cold rotary hammering with maximum precision. Horizon Elite Gray, with its beige livery and Cerakote treatment on the barrel and action, has a rounded barrel with a 14x1 thread and thread cover. Like all Franchi bolt action rifles, Horizon Elite Gray is delivered with a certificate that guarantees 1 MOA accuracy in three shots. It has been made according to the Evolved Ergonom-X development platform, which by studying the hunting habits of a sample of more than a thousand hunters, provides an ergonomic bolt action suitable for use in the 5 main shooting positions. Thanks to the TSA Recoil Pad, the length of the LOP can be customized in three different sizes: 355 mm with standard medium butt pad, 347 mm with low butt pad, 365 mm with high butt pad. Ideal for hunting deer and chamois, for selective hunting of wild boar, for hunting African antelopes, thanks to its lightness it is also ideal for types of hunting that require long trips.
