With essential but unmistakable lines, Horizon Black Synt is the eldest of Franchi's family of single-repeat rifles, with a removable 3 or 4-shot magazine and fluted shutter.

At the origin of the new Franchi horizon, Horizon Black Synt is the standard version of all the bolt action of the Horizon family. Horizon Black Synt is now available with a 3 or 4 shot detachable magazine depending on the caliber. The strong lines of Black Synt are highlighted by the distinctive fluted plug design Dependa Bolt with 3 locking wings, which allows a 60° opening and allows access to the rifle action thanks to a lightened conical handle , for a quick reset also with large optical tubes. The fluted plug has a particular shape that, in addition to making it aesthetically pleasing, allows fluid resetting even on ice.

Light and manageable, it is ideal for selective hunting of ungulates, both in search and in wait in the turret, thanks to the ease of facing guaranteed by the stock made with an exclusive Franchi design.

The forend of the weapon is prepared on the stock and on the fore-end for the links of the strap, included, and for mounting the bipod. Available in the calibers .223 REM, .243 WIN, .270 WIN, .308 WIN, .30-06 SPRG, 6.5 CREEDMOOR and .300 WIN MAG , it has the Relia Trigger firing group , light and sensitive, ranging from 0 .8 and 1.9 Kg and can be calibrated with adjustment screws. The barrel, made by cold-hammered chrome-molybdenum steel, maintains maximum precision shot after shot. Also Horizon Black Synt, like all Franchi rifles, has the certificate of 1 MOA in three shots .

Mother of all Franchi bolt action rifles, Horizon Black Synt is the “total black” carbine for selective hunting. Franchi's horizon was never so broad.
