Shipping policy
Our shipments are made by means of transport agency in a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt of payment. Rates vary according to the weight of the package, from an order of 100 € shipping is free throughout the peninsula.
We remind you that we cannot send a gun and metallic ammunition in the same shipment.
The purchase of weapons and ammunition (except cartridges) is restricted to mainland Spain, we do not ship these products to Ceuta and Melilla, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands or Portugal.
For the purchase of firearms the customer must provide either in the registration or from your user panel the following information:
- DNI, is valid in image or pdf format.
- Weapons permit, this has to be valid for the firearm being purchased.
Firearm sale process:
- - The user makes the purchase of the firearm.
- - The user must provide the documentation indicated above. This documentation can be attached when the user registers or from his user panel.
- - The armory checks that such documentation exists and requests authorization to Intervención de Armas de la Guardia Civil.
- - After the authorization of the Intervention of Weapons, the delivery of the weapon is arranged with the user. It will always be done in a Civil Guard Station.
- - The weapon is sent to the specified Command.
- - The User must go to that Command with the DNI and the pertinent weapons permit in order to be able to pick up the Weapon.
If for any reason in any of the steps is not fulfilled or the permit of the Guardia Civil is not obtained, the amount of the order will be refunded.
