This is how it is measured correctly:
- Ask someone to help you so you can measure more accurately.
- Place the tape measure around the body. The tape should be reasonably taught, but not too tight. If you leave enough room to slip a finger under the tape, you'll get the correct measurements.
- Gloves: Measure the circle of the hand (below the knuckles)
