The women's wildwood gtx boots are a new take on our popular women's wildwood boots, with an improved last, designed specifically for the shape of the female foot, as well as reinforced stitching. The boots are made of extremely resistant cordura. This has the advantage over leather of being very quick drying and highly breathable, and also makes these some of the lightest boots in our range. They are extraordinarily comfortable and have a medium stiff sole that provides good support. The boots have a field-proven, waterproof Gore-Tex membrane and are designed and manufactured in Europe. We stand behind your quality. As with all our footwear, we offer a two-year guarantee that covers you in the unlikely event that there is a material or manufacturing defect in the boots.

The Wildwood GTX women's boot weighs just around 520g per boot, making it the lightest in our range. They have a mid-length 15 cm shaft and a standard width last. The boots are explicitly tailored to the shape of women's feet and are not simply smaller versions of the men's model. The Wildwood GTX Women boots have a waterproof GORE-TEX Sierra membrane. During manufacturing, all boot membranes are tested in a water bath to ensure their waterproofing. We then run a 30 minute spin test on a sample of 5% of the total boot production, as an additional guarantee that the membrane is of the highest possible quality. The upper part of the boot is made of extremely resistant Cordura with leather reinforcements, and the high-quality soles guarantee a good grip. The boots also feature a shock-absorbing midsole, for added comfort on long-distance hikes, even over very rugged terrain. They are reinforced with an extra robust material on the toe and heel, which is where the greatest wear usually occurs.
