The ergonomic handle made of exclusive ash wood has a 2.5 mm thick black knife blade made of recycled Swedish stainless steel, which combined offers balance and stability in every cut. Thanks to the geometry of the handle, a wide variety of flexible grips are possible, which can be very useful when you need to divide, chop, slice or peel. The black PC coating creates a balanced contrast between the shiny ash wood and the sharp edge of the blade.
