These projectiles feature a frangible core made of compressed copper and tin powder, wrapped in a thin metal jacket. The bullets do NOT have lead, something that is often a requirement in military and training environments for some law enforcement agencies. These open nose bullets do not break up in air, even at very high velocities and extreme rotations. They combine precision with explosive fragmentation and will not destroy or pierce steel targets (such as poppers or IPSC discs) intended for training.
