Unlike frangible bullets that lack a protective jacket, MPG bullets remain intact under the rigors of handling, feeding and firing in high-capacity magazines. This eliminates the root cause of jammed actions and clogged barrels often experienced when shooting frangible ammunition in modern AR-style rifles.
